‘Oh Hello’s’ Terms and Conditions

By confirming your attendance at an ‘Oh Hello’ event, you acknowledge your agreement with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You affirm and assure that you possess the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with all specified Terms and Conditions.

Failing to attend at the advertised start time or departing an event prematurely will lead to the forfeiture of your ticket. Punctuality is appreciated.

Your commitment to being respectful to all individuals encountered at our events, including fellow attendees, hosts, and venue staff, is essential. Any valid complaint regarding your behaviour may result in a permanent event ban with no refund option.

Tickets are non-refundable, only transferable as per our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation

Cancellation or alteration requests for event bookings must be communicated via email at least seven days before the event date. Within this timeframe, we can provide you with a credit for another available event equivalent in value to your original booking. Only one change request per booking is acceptable.

Name changes for bookings and direct (same gender) substitutions can be facilitated by reaching out to us.

In exceptional circumstances, venues are subject to change or cancellation at any time leading up to the event start time on the event day.

Should we need to cancel an event for reasons beyond our control, tickets will not be refunded; instead, an event credit will be issued. Credits can be redeemed for any equivalent event in our ongoing program, as listed on our website. Credits are valid for six months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase tickets for events occurring at least four days ahead of the booking date.
